Dear co-owners of our house!

We are very pleased to announce the completion of the lawsuits organized and secured by the Board of AJOAH "Florencii 5" over the past 3 years, to return to our collective ownership of ancillary premises № 197 and 198 with a total area of over 350 square meters!

During the struggle for justice and the return of our premises, we felt fierce opposition from the state machine - swindlers from respectable and important institutions – the State Administration of the President of Ukraine, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Kyiv City State Administration of Ukraine, State Enterprise "Ukrzhitloservis".

In addition, "our well-wishers" (well-known names of "activists" gossipers) in all ways put the wheels on the board of condominiums - initiated two lawsuits against condominiums, both lost to the board, initiated an appeal (complaint) to the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights , which was also refuted by the board, committed other shameful acts and interfered with the work of the board of condominiums, forcing the rulers to spend time on empty cases of "justification" for complaints and insignificant lawsuits against the Association of Co-owners! Such actions of a small number of "activists" stole time from all of us, which could be spent in favor of condominiums.

Despite these obstacles to the board of condominiums consisting of the chairman Savycheva A.I., members of the board Vyshnovetsky V.M., Dronov O.V., Dyachkov V.I., Mina Y.V., Orlov I.Y., Smychenko Y.A., plaintiff to the state machine and activist of condominiums Mazur L.M., under the qualified legal support of our lawyers Boykov Oleksandr and Kishchuk Tetyana managed to return the stolen property to all co-owners of the house № 5 on the street. Florencii, Kyiv! And this is the most important thing!

We would also like to thank all the AJOAH activists who vacated our premises and defended the interests of the Association of Co-owners in the courts!

Thank you very much for your credit of trust to our team, the board, for the return of auxiliary premises, the teamwork was done perfectly, we are proud of that!

The total area of the returned premises is 350.6 square meters. meters.

The market value of the returned premises according to the portal Capital Real Estate is approximately UAH 9 million.

The cost of renting non-residential premises in our area is approximately UAH 350 per square meter. meter of renovated premises, which is a total of about 122,500 UAH per month.

However, our premises are in unsatisfactory condition, everything needs to be put in order. Gradually, all this can be done in different ways.

Taking into account the above, we suggest that the co-owners make proposals to the board of condominiums on the rational and effective restoration and use of these premises. The submitted proposals, after processing, will be submitted to the decision of the general meeting of co-owners.

We pay special attention to the development and submission of proposals – to our ancillary facilities must provide round-the-clock access to emergency services in case of emergencies, and access to them for the implementation of preventive planned measures. Remember, the critical engineering networks of our house are located in these premises. Such circumstances may interfere with or affect the cost of renting the premises.
