Dear co-owners!

Please be advised that on 27 October 2025 (Monday), renovation work will begin on the lifts in our building (replacement of the control system).

The work will be carried out as follows: first, one lift will be renovated, then the second. First in the first entrance, then in the second. You can find out more about the reasons for the work in the previous article on the official website of the "Florencii 5" Housing Association.
