In accordance with the decisions of the KMDA and the meeting of the Dnipro District Regional Government, the Management Board of the "Florencii 5" condominium association held an emergency meeting on 29.11.2022, approved the procedure for actions and those responsible in case of emergency events.
Probable next threats are long-term emergency shutdown of electricity, heating, water and communications.
For our house, threats related to electricity and heating are extremely critical, since a long-term absence of at least one of them can lead to the thawing of the house with all the consequences of this.
Therefore, the Board, in case of reaching critical temperature indicators in the technical rooms in the attic of the building, will urgently drain the water from the heating system, shut off the water supply and prohibit the use of drainage!
As for drainage, it is a sewer. Be sure to pay attention, if there is a threat of defrosting, it is strictly forbidden to drain the water into the sewer and use the toilet! It is not possible to physically close the sewer, so everyone is personally responsible for violating this order, and the indemnification of damages for sewer overflows will be assigned to the violators.

On the recommendation of the RDA of our district, 2 radio stations were purchased and set up for emergency communication waves to support communications between the management boards of condominiums of buildings that are in the reach of UV waves (during the absence of mobile communication). For the needs of condominiums, a power bank of increased capacity was also purchased with the possibility of ultra-fast charging of up to 5 smartphones at the same time. A generator of small power was ordered for the needs of charging smartphones and other gadgets, as well as preparing boiling water for tea and other warm drinks.
