Dear residents!
By decision of the Management Board of the "Florencii 5" condominium, the application for resignation of the executive director of our condominium, Golub Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, was accepted and considered. The executive director did a lot of useful things for all of us – he directly participated in the uprooting of old stumps and trees, the installation of fences, curbs, and other works to beautify the surrounding area.
The Board heard Golub V.V. regarding his application for dismissal, the circumstances that forced him to resign from the responsible part of the condominium's work were treated with understanding. The application for dismissal was approved by the board. Once again, we thank Golub Volodymyr Volodymyrovych for his fruitful cooperation in the development of the "Florencii 5" condominium.
On July 4, 2022, the board approved the candidacy of Serhiy Ivanovych Teslenko for the vacant position, tel. +380 (68) 716 32 53, is a specialist in the field of home maintenance and has sufficient experience in the organization and implementation of preventive timely maintenance of networks, preventive and repair work for home maintenance. S.I. Teslenko, together with the chairman and with the involvement of the board of the condominium, carried out an inspection of the networks of the building, technical and auxiliary floors of our building.
A list of priority measures for the elimination of possible accidents and/or the implementation of preventive works has been compiled. Work on preparatory measures for the heating season continued.
Reporting on maintenance work of condominiums, as previously established by the board, is being resumed.
