Dear residents, users of Kyivstar fixed-line Internet!
In January 2024, the management board of "Florencii 5" renewed the agreements with all Internet providers used by the residents of our building.
The Board informed all providers of fixed-line Internet services to our building in advance in writing, and informed the co-owners and residents of the building in articles:
Internet providers 2023. We are putting things in order in the cable network of our building.
Status of work on the renewal of contracts with providers in our building.
Unfortunately, this work has not yet been completed by Kyivstar PJSC, which has not been able to put things in order for 9 months regarding the legal grounds and obligations arising from the conclusion of the agreement between Kyivstar and "Florencii 5" condominium association to provide the relevant services in our building.
According to Kyivstar experts, the recent heavy rains have affected the equipment of this company, which needs to be repaired/replaced, making it impossible for the latter to provide Internet services to its subscribers in our building.
Based on this, we advise co-owners or residents of our building who are subscribers of the fixed (home) Internet from Kyivstar PJSC to apply as subscribers of this company with a request to conclude an agreement with "Florencii 5" condominium.
We also advise our residents to consider the offers of other providers of fixed-line Internet services that are present in our building and have entered into the relevant agreements with the "Florencii 5" condominium association, the list of which is provided below:
