The Board of Directors decided to replace the company that provides maintenance services for our elevators, and now this is done by "Experiment" PE, EDRPOU code 32663319.

This company has been on the Ukrainian elevator services market since January 2004, with positive feedback from the condominiums they serve.

"Experiment" company was able to repair certain defects in the relay control circuits of the passenger elevator in the main entrance 2 in a short time, which had been annoying the residents for the last year of operation.

The work will continue in the elevator entrance 1 of the main entrance to prevent the relay equipment.

The financial burden on condominiums has not been increased, and we expect the electronics to improve.
