2. Finding a problem with flooding the apartment № 10 is complicated by restricting access to the towel rail in the apartment № 17. Forced temporary restriction of pressure on the riser of hot water supply and towel dryers of three-room apartments of the first front allowed to eliminate more serious consequences.
