on holding a general meeting of the AJOAH "Florencii 5"

Dear co-owners!

Association of co-owners of the apartment building "Florencii 5", 02002, Kyiv, st. Florencii, 5, reports that the next general meeting of the co-owners of the house will be held on March 7, 2020 at 11:00 at the address Kyiv, st. R. Okipnoy, 2 (large conference hall of the Adria Hotel, located in the Tourist complex, hall No. 2, 14th floor).

To participate in the general meeting, co-owners must have with them an identity document (passport).

Representatives of the co-owner – a document confirming the authority of the representative, drawn up in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine. For co-owners who obtained ownership after 01/22/2020, in addition to a passport, you must have an extract from the state register with you.

Draft Agenda for the General Meeting of AJOAH "Florencii 5":

1. Organizational issues of the general meeting.

2. Report of the board of AJOAH "Florencii 5" for 12 months of financial and economic activity from 01/01/2019 to 12/31/2019.

3. Election of the board.

4. Election of the Audit Commission.

5. Approval of the annual estimate of AJOAH "Florencii 5" and the size of mandatory contributions of co-owners for the maintenance of the house number 5 on the street. Florencii and the local area for the next 12 months.

6. Approval of the decision on the participation of our AJOAH in the competition of projects for the implementation of energy-efficient measures in residential buildings in the city of Kyiv, financed by the program 70% (city funds) and 30% (funds AJOAH) and participation in other city programs to finance the AJOAH.
