A week ago, on August 19, 2021, a young man was spinning at the door of the 2nd front door and clattering something on the intercom remote control.

Caring residents asked the stranger about his actions with the equipment of condominiums, to the question the man replied that he was an engineer from Cyfral, he was fixing the brain of the intercom...

We do not know which brain the "engineer" repaired the intercom, but the "brain" took it out for us for sure. After such "adjustment", almost a third of the residents of our front door stopped working with the keys (Touch Memory) from the intercom.

Throughout the week, the Board of condominiums received complaints from such deceived residents about the "breakdown" of the intercom. The board conducted a survey of residents and established a causal link between the appearance of the "engineer" and the "breakdown" of the keys.

On August 25, 2021, the Board managed to contact the representative of Cyfral, explain the situation and invite an "engineer" to talk with the Board to eliminate the damage that he had done to the condominium. Let's see.

Considering such circumstances, which were recorded by caring residents of the house, the stable cyclical nature of massive key breakdowns over the past years, the monopoly production of duplicate keys (keys can be restored only in the Cyfral company), we claim that Cyfral is actually fraudulent actions, because this is how the dealers who are associated with the monopolist Cyfral make money.

That is why we offer residents of the 2nd front door to consider alternative intercom solutions for convenient and reliable use, without a monopoly component and much cheaper in terms of installation and operation. Such material is processed and prepared by the Board for discussion and decision.

In order to save your funds, we ask you to postpone (until a decision is made) any payments to the company "Cyfral", including do not order new ones instead of the Touch Memory CYFRAL keys damaged by the "engineer"!
