Some facts: the elevators have been in operation for 47 years. Replacement of mechanical equipment (electric motors, gearboxes, rope and traction pulleys, ropes, braking devices, etc.) This work was initiated by

by the condominium board and implemented in May-June 2021 with 95% of the city's funds under the co-financing program.

The replacement of electrical and relay equipment (elevator control stations, buttons, sensors, door motors, signal cables, etc.) with modern and electronic equipment was not done at the expense of the city due to the war. The Management Board took timely measures to complete this stage: we have the conclusions of the Expert Diagnostic Center and have been included in the co-financing program. As soon as the Kyiv City State Administration resumes funding under this program, we will be able to continue the overhaul of our elevators.

The reason for the partial inoperability of the elevators is that the old relay automation often fails to work. The company that serves us has identified the cause of such failures - the command system does not work. There is no way to repair it, there are no new spare parts, the old ones are completely worn out. The only way out is to overhaul the automation!

Solution. Carry out repairs at your own expense. At 2021 prices, the benchmark is UAH 800,000. Or wait for the opening of the co-financing program.
