On March 31, 2019, some people did some destructive actions with our common property – in the second parade they painted windows, broke the lock of the concierge room and broke the frame with the elevator service regulations. They broke the lock in our switchboard, broke the metal garbage bin and smashed the glass in the first parade. This is what was discovered.
Recovering what is broken needs money and time. Approximately co-owners suffered damage in 1 500 UAH, it is more than 7 hryvnia from each apartment! For the whole week it was impossible to get into the concierge room because of a broken lock. A simple inventory was unavailable, there was nothing to clean our lawns.

Do not be indifferent, it is necessary to move away from the "sovok" of the past, we have nothing to do with anyone / state, all that remains in the house is our common property that must be preserved. Otherwise, there are two ways: the first is to restore everything at one's own expense, and this is expensive, and the second is to do nothing and "kill" all that we still have, and live in the mud and destruction.
The Board asks all residents, co-owners to be vigilant, and in the event that the destroyers of common / personal property of ours are discovered, report such "heroes" to the Board and an asset at home to further solve the problem.
